The easiest way to submit fault reports is through the Komu resident app, where the report connects to you home and you can inspect your earlier reports.
Urgent maintenance requests, such as informing about water leakage, must be made directly to maintenance. You can find up-to-date contact details for maintenance in the Komu app and on the building's notice board.
