Create a Disturbance Report

We strive to maintain high living comfort in Vella. A good living environment is created by adhering to common rules and respecting other residents in the neighborhood. Each resident is responsible for frictionless living with their neighbors. We encourage all residents to report any possible disturbances or damages to the landlord. This way, we can respond to the disturbance as soon as possible. If you encounter a disturbance, you can follow these instructions:

• Identify the cause of the disturbance.
• It is advisable to discuss the disturbance with the person causing it yourself. Sometimes it might be wise to wait for the next day.
• If the disturbance situation is serious and you suspect a crime or safety threat, contact the police.
• If the disturbance does not subside within a short period of time, you can report this to us either informally through the resident application or by making a formal disturbance report through this form.

We assess the situation based on the information we have received. Sometimes minor disturbances don't require any action, or it is enough to let them know they are causing a disturbance. In more severe cases, you can submit an official report. The more and more detailed information we receive, the better we can assess the situation and take action. If the situation re-occurs, please submit a new report.
