You can also report an issue by filling out the form below regarding a defect in the apartment or common areas. Please note that in urgent cases, such as water damage and electrical faults, you should contact the emergency maintenance service. The contact information for emergency maintenance can be found on the notice board in your stairwell or in the Komu app.
