Submit Change of Address

Tenants are obligated to provide information who live in the apartment. With this form, you can submit the information to Vella. We will inform the maintenance company on your behalf and update the building's logbook.

Please note that by submitting a moving notice on Vella's website or in the Komu resident application, you agree that your personal information (name, email and phone number) will be forwarded to the property's maintenance company. Read more from our Privacy Policy.
