Vella Kodit Black Week is here, which means that during this week you can rent a new home with up to a two month rent discount. During the campaign week, selected Vella Kodit rental homes include benefits such as rent discounts and gift cards of up to €500.

How to make use of the Black Week benefit?

1. Choose a rental home that is included in the Black Week campaign

2. Submit a housing application or reserve the flat between 24 and 30 November 2025

3. Our leasing team will contact you to confirm the details and arrange a viewing. When the tenancy agreement is signed in accordance with the campaign terms, you will receive the benefit attached to that home.

The benefits apply only to selected Vella Kodit rental homes that are specifically marked as part of the campaign.
