Apply for an apartment or reserve it online
Renting an apartment with Vella is straightforward and largely managed online. When you spot a home that feels just right, you can reserve it directly through our website. At the same time, you’ll get to choose a move-in date that works for you. The reservation doesn’t commit you yet, but it ensures no one else can book the apartment while you decide. It gives you peace of mind and a little breathing room to think things through.
If you prefer, you can also submit an application without making a reservation. Each application is always linked to a specific apartment, and we’ll get in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days based on your application. And if anything is unclear, our customer support team is here to help you every step of the way.
After a reservation, you’ll be invited to a viewing. Following the visit, you’ll have 24 hours to decide whether to go ahead with the rental or release the apartment for others to reserve. When the decision feels right, the rental agreement is signed digitally, quickly and securely.
Hassle-free renting
At Vella, life stays smooth even after you’ve moved in. All apartments come with free internet, the rental deposit is just 250 to 350 euros depending on the building, and pets are always welcome. You’ll also have access to the Komu resident app, where you can book sauna slots, send maintenance requests or contact our support team all in one place.
