Pets are also welcome. Living at Vella, you will have access to the Komu Application, where you can find all housing services in one place. With the app, you can, for example, book sauna sessions or easily contact our customer service. The rental contract is ongoing, with a one-month notice period for termination. The security deposit is 250 euros. The building is smoke-free, so smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on the balconies and in all common indoor and outdoor areas of the building. The rent also includes a 50 Mbit/s broadband connection, which must be activated separately.
